Course Description
This programme will cover various aspects and concepts of national oversight within the Petroleum industry. The programme with discuss strategic positioning, functions and strategies to be held, implemented and strengthened with the NOC/Ministry of petroleum resource for a country. Training and discussion points will include:
- The current remits of the Ministry of Petroleum/NOC/Energy in-country
- Objectives and alignments with current Energy/Petroleum policies and regulations in-country
- Understanding of the full scale of upstream operations within of the Oil & Gas Industry – stake holder arrangements and operations.
